By using pokeapi.org, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
02
Educational Content
Our endpoint guides, tutorials and code examples are educational. They explain how to use the public PokéAPI service and aren’t official documentation.

pokeapi.org is independent and doesn’t represent the PokéAPI maintainers, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures or The Pokémon Company.
04
Third-Party Ownership
The PokéAPI project, its code and its data belong to their respective contributors, under the licenses published in the official repository. Pokémon names, images and trademarks belong to their owners. We claim no ownership of any of them.
05
Using the Official API
When you call pokeapi.co or its GraphQL service, you’re using a third-party service governed by its own documentation and fair-use policy, not by these terms.
06
Your Responsibilities
You’re responsible for making sure your software, data use and any images you display comply with the applicable licenses and laws.
07
Acceptable Use
You must not attack, overload or abuse this website or any service it links to, run abusive automation, or use our content for unlawful purposes.
08

APIs and documentation change. We can’t guarantee that every guide is current or that any external service will be available.
